Hey all,
Its been a while since my last post.
I have been working extremely hard during the past weeks getting all the final features ready for the Bukisa Launch.
We are nearly there and only a few modules remain.
I am aiming for a closed beta in August, so don’t worry - you will be getting your invites
I would also like to share a couple of interesting stories I came across this week:

First broken by Barry Schwartz (thanks to friendfeed.com updates).
Google trends was long a great place to find keywords trends overtime, they have now opened up for websites also, a great way to compare against your competition.
Here are the trends for two of my websites, they are similar to the trends you would see in compete.com. but they are worldwide. (articlesbase in blue, reader in red)

Very nice competitive analysis, thanks Google!

I just noticed that Google updated their favicon, they basically have taken the second ‘g’ from their logo and turned it in to the new favicon.

I personally liked the old one better, Google has also failed to make in transparent…. It would advise just dropping the shadow and it would look way better.
Just in comparison here is my own Bukisa favicon:

I thought it would be nice to try pinpoint all those places on the web where I am active.
It could be a social network - professional or fun - a photo sharing site, video or a personal branding website.
So lets get started:
Business:
Fun & Social:
And all those ones where I kinda of haven’t decided where they belong:
You are all welcome to add me as your friends on the above sites..
I really think that all these sites are the number one place that any person interested in building their own personal brand and company brand should be active.
Most of the sites cross reference each other and you receive a very wide audience for all those news bites or posts you make.
A lot of visitors to this very blog come from the above sites.
Where are you active?
Do you know of some more sites I should join?
Let me know in the comments….
In my Next post I’ll give an overview of all my gadgets online and offline and how they connect with each other - very cool

Hi All,
I am extremely happy - we have launched the new author section on our Hebrew articles directory Reader.co.il
The new author home page makes it easier for authors to publish & manage there articles and account on the website.
Here is a screenshot of my Author home page on www.reader.co.il

I am also very happy to announce that we are the first articles directory to supply a per article analytics solution. Each author can now drill down and see all the keywords & referring websites for each one of their articles, along with a graph showing the traffic over the selected date span.
The analytics section is completely Ajax powered so it very fast to jump between the time periods and see data.
Here is a screenshot of the Analytics page of my published article:

All of the above was done over the past few weeks, kept me very busy also and I personally am very pleased with the results.
So if you have articles on Reader. better go and check our your Article Analytics.
Over the next week or two we will be rolling out the new features over at ArticlesBase.com

As first reported @ Techcrunch, Mobile phone ad platform provider AdMob has launched AdMob Mobile Analytics, a Google Analytics style service for mobile advertising.
I find this just in the nick of time as increased usage of cellphones for internet browsing … I wonder if counts an iPhone as a Mobile Web Site visitor …
